Job Summary: This position supports the logistics of training and events, documentation and certificate control, learning platform administration, and general administrative support. Training and Event Logistics Support: Support the organization and logistical control of in-person and online training (e.g., room scheduling, material preparation, equipment reservation, invitation distribution, etc.). * 2\. Documentation and Certificate Control: Assist in controlling and issuing training completion certificates. Organize signature collection and ensure secure delivery and archiving (physical or digital) of certificates. * 3\. Learning Management Platform (LMS) Administration: Assist in updating the LMS (Learning Management System), including registering new courses, instructional materials, classes, and relevant information. * 4\. Administrative Support to the Training Department: Assist in tracking KPIs and organizing data for departmental reports (e.g., attendance lists, feedback, etc.).
