Process and Quality Analyst

Description

Job Summary: Analyst responsible for data extraction and analysis, dashboard creation, process monitoring, quality assurance, and supporting decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Data extraction and analysis for strategic decision-making 2. Dashboard and performance indicator creation and monitoring 3. Internal process mapping and documentation for continuous improvement ### **Main Responsibilities** * Extract and analyze data from the Domínio system; * Create dashboards, reports, and indicators; * Monitor deadlines, errors, rework, and productivity; * Monitor the quality of invoices, bills, and other deliverables; * Map and document internal processes; * Develop procedures, manuals, and FAQs; * Identify failures and develop improvement plans; * Support managers in decision-making. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, Accounting Sciences, Technology, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI; * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile; * Strong written communication skills and ability to structure processes; * Familiarity with the Domínio system is a plus. * Knowledge in the accounting field (a plus) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Gympass (Wellhub) * Pharmacy discounts * Continuing education * Psychotherapy * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Medical assistance * Cost-of-living allowance * Transportation allowance * Dental assistance
