Provide legal services to the firm's clients on diverse matters, with a focus on document analysis, drafting of procedural pleadings, support in negotiations, and structuring strategies to maximize case success and mitigate risks, while ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations, contributing to the achievement of defined goals and legal security; acting as a negotiator and conflict resolver, guaranteeing clear and efficient resolution with consistent emphasis on results. Additionally, participate in various stages of judicial proceedings—from contract review and drafting to representing clients in judicial and administrative proceedings—seeking risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and delivering optimal legal solutions that maximize client outcomes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform, organize, and oversee legal advisory activities, ensuring all commercial transactions, contractual agreements, and privacy practices comply with applicable laws and regulations, thereby safeguarding clients’ legal and commercial interests; * Monitor and manage clients’ portfolios of judicial and administrative proceedings; advise on reviewing and developing procedural pleadings and general legal documents; and prepare procedural and contingency reports using the firm’s proprietary system; * Draft and implement legal instruments of varying complexity, assessing risks, conducting diagnostics, and recommending optimal legal alternatives to achieve the firm’s corporate objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience handling the full scope of banking defense litigation; * Completed undergraduate degree in Law, with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are preferred, as are specializations in Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law; * Minimum of six months’ experience in law firms or corporate legal departments; advanced knowledge of Civil and Civil Procedural Law, with emphasis on drafting procedural pleadings and contractual analysis; negotiation and conflict resolution skills; ability to work collaboratively in teams; and excellent oral and written communication skills; * Knowledge of Civil and Procedural Law, legal research, drafting and preparation of procedural pleadings, deadline and case management, negotiation skills, and professional ethics. **Additional Information** Founded in 1998, S\&S is headquartered in Ribeirão Preto.
