Description

Provide legal services to the firm's clients across various matters, with a focus on document analysis, drafting procedural pleadings, developing litigation strategies to maximize case success, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations—thereby contributing to the achievement of defined goals and legal security, as well as participating in all stages of judicial proceedings, from initiation through conclusion of the matter. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and manage the portfolio of judicial and administrative proceedings for clients; guide the review and development of procedural pleadings and general legal documents; and prepare procedural and contingency reports using the firm’s proprietary system; * Draft and implement legal instruments of varying complexity, assess associated risks, conduct legal diagnostics, and recommend optimal legal alternatives to support the firm’s corporate objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure, Labor Procedure, or Labor Law are considered advantageous, as are specializations in Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Civil Law; * Minimum of six months’ experience in law firms or corporate legal departments; advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law, with emphasis on drafting procedural pleadings and contract analysis; negotiation and conflict resolution skills; ability to work collaboratively in teams; and excellent oral and written communication skills; * Knowledge of Civil and Procedural Law, legal research, drafting and preparation of procedural pleadings, deadline and case management, negotiation skills, and professional ethics. **Additional Information** Founded in 1998, S\&S is headquartered in Ribeirão Preto.
