Job Summary: Technology professional required for installation, support, and maintenance of systems, network infrastructure, servers, and virtualization at an accounting firm. Key Highlights: 1. End-user support and technological infrastructure maintenance This position is intended for technology professionals available to work at an accounting firm located in São Luís \- MA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Be responsible for system installation, support, and maintenance, identifying and resolving potential failures; * Maintain the building's network cabling to proactively prevent possible operational failures; * Provide end-user support (on-site and remote); * Support internal departments by guiding and clarifying doubts; * Maintain computers, notebooks, printers, and peripherals; * Administer Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO) and Linux (servers and services); * Configure and provide support for TCP/IP networks, VPN, Firewall, and Wi\-Fi; * Manage virtualization environments (VMware, Proxmox, Hyper\-V); * Install/uninstall systems, power on/off machines, and verify software-hardware compatibility; * Manage incoming and outgoing IT equipment, assessing quality and required quantities, while monitoring restocking needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate or technological degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields (accounting preferred); * Intermediate/advanced computer proficiency; * Experience maintaining technological infrastructure, providing end-user support, administering Windows and Linux servers, networks, and virtualization environments; * Experience analyzing and resolving system failures, repairing office hardware, and supporting software-related issues and server maintenance; * Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, VMware, or CompTIA certifications are considered advantageous; * Experience with infrastructure monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana); * Knowledge of cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP); * Prior experience in similar roles, especially in support, systems administration, and/or networking. **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract; * Fixed salary; * Meal allowance (CAJU Benefits): R$ 25.26 per workday; * Health insurance (Humanas) — 50% covered by the company after probation period; * Dental insurance (Bradesco) — 100% covered by the company after probation period; * Transportation allowance; * Gympass; * Education assistance (subject to criteria); * Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; * Location: Renascença.
