After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support production line operations by providing technical assistance to operators in adjusting production parameters, performing version changes (setups), monitoring and verifying completion of the Standard Work Procedure (SWP), supporting preparation of anomaly reports, and other related activities to ensure smooth production process operation. * Support supervision by assisting in production line management to guarantee on-time deliveries. * Assist in employee engagement and facilitate implementation of TPM initiatives on the production line, providing support in identifying machine and equipment anomalies, issuing quality, maintenance, environmental, and safety tags, and handling related actions.
