Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Manage internal and strategic projects, ensuring communication and transparency of results through meetings, presentations, and status reports. * Act as the project “owner,” serving as the primary point of contact and maintaining relationships across involved departments (clients and other TOTVS departments) to resolve project issues and drive continuous process improvements. * Efficiently manage projects to ensure adherence to established timelines, budgets, and scope, while proactively identifying and addressing risks. Requirements and Qualifications WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Postgraduate degree and/or specialization and MBA in business, preferably in project management. * In-depth knowledge of project management based on PMI standards. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Desirable Requirements IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD: * Fluent Spanish. * People management experience. * Google Workplace suite proficiency.
