Monitor adherence to system development best practices. Validate the existing test coverage in projects; Validate new application features; Monitor application system performance; Propose technological enhancements to systems; Anticipate opportunities and issues proactively, acting with agility, speed, and effectiveness—developing preventive solutions; Support junior developers and contribute to project-level decision-making; Perform system maintenance, implementing necessary changes to meet user requirements; Carry out program assembly, debugging, and testing tasks, providing maintenance services for already-developed programs. **Requirements:** Minimum 3 years of experience developing with Dart/Flutter; Implementation of scalable architectures following standards such as SOLID and Clean Architecture; MVVM architecture and State Pattern; Secure development practices for RESTful integrations and mobile development; Flutter integration with native Swift and Kotlin code; Version control system Git (Gitflow); Creation and maintenance of automated tests; Application of modularization, flutter_bloc, flutter_modular, flutter_secure_storage, and Dio.
