The service will be provided from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, in person, in the city of Ilhabela/SP. Among the responsibilities are also included planning actions to improve work relationships, productivity, and organizational well-being; conducting health, quality of life, and psychosocial risk assessments; proposing strategies for coping, prevention, and rehabilitation in the context of occupational health; and developing educational programs, lectures, workshops, and institutional campaigns. The psychologist may engage in training processes, organizational consulting, psychological expert evaluations, reporting of work-related aggravations, conflict management, support for occupational safety programs, and investigation of psychosocial factors affecting mental health and working conditions. They may also provide individual or group sessions, develop techniques for group therapy, organize and apply psychological assessment instruments, and monitor workers' functional performance, collaborating in multidisciplinary processes.
