The service will be provided from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, in person, in the city of Ilhabela/SP. The contracted psychologist(s) will be responsible for performing, among others as necessary, the following duties: studying, researching, and evaluating the emotional, mental, and social development of individuals, groups, and institutions, with the objective of analysis, guidance, treatment, and education; diagnosing and monitoring emotional, mental, and social adaptation disorders, clarifying conflicts, and assisting in the therapeutic process; investigating unconscious factors of individual and group human behavior, and developing theoretical, clinical, and experimental research in the field. The professional must analyze the development of organizations, leaders, teams, and workers; participate in the formulation and evaluation of human development policies; conduct recruitment, selection, career counseling, and performance follow-up. They will also be responsible for psychological assessments for admission purposes, supporting the issuance of ASO (Occupational Health Certificate) for psychological fitness, as well as analyzing working conditions and proposing programs focused on occupational health. Among the responsibilities are also included planning actions to improve work relationships, productivity, and organizational well-being; conducting health, quality of life, and psychosocial risk assessments; proposing strategies for coping, prevention, and rehabilitation in the context of occupational health; and developing educational programs, lectures, workshops, and institutional campaigns. The psychologist may engage in training processes, organizational consulting, psychological expert evaluations, reporting of work-related aggravations, conflict management, support for occupational safety programs, and investigation of psychosocial factors affecting mental health and working conditions. They may also provide individual or group sessions, develop techniques for group therapy, organize and apply psychological assessment instruments, and monitor workers' functional performance, collaborating in multidisciplinary processes. Additionally, they must support actions aimed at the inclusion of people with disabilities, develop strategies for organizational innovation, promote healthy, creative, and productive work environments, and perform other related tasks assigned by the contracting party.
