




**Pre-Sales Coordinator** ====================================== TOTVS \| São Paulo \- SP \| Hybrid Job Description Responsible for managing people and pre-sales processes, contributing to achieving commercial results within the area, always aiming to develop high-performance teams that meet the needs of clients and/or prospects regarding their assigned solutions. Responsibilities and duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Coordinate the pre-sales team for TOTVS CRM solutions and complementary ERP solutions, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and procedures established by the department through excellent service delivery to clients and prospects; * Identify best market practices, seeking to implement them and drive continuous improvement and evolution within the department; * Ensure achievement of the planned budget for your area by monitoring data from planning and budget versus actual reports; * Contribute to ongoing opportunities and client relationships, maintaining contact with the entire TOTVS ecosystem to foster knowledge sharing and mutual support; * Define and monitor department performance indicators through indicator management, management reports, and periodic meetings with sales leaders across TOTVS units, aiming to increase Deal productivity/quality (qualification); * Promote, develop, and maintain a high-performance team through identifying required profiles, proper candidate selection, formal and informal feedback, one-on-one meetings, follow-ups, and other activities; * Support the sales department throughout the entire process, both technically and in determining the optimal product commercialization model; * Assist in organizing and executing events, either in-person or online, addressing business topics or TOTVS products and solutions, working closely with internal TOTVS departments; * Promote integration between sales and services departments to ensure consistent technical direction and service quality during implementation projects or post-sales; * Provide training and support to the Sales team by delivering trainings, materials, and tools to enhance sales efficiency.
