Through innovation and human-centered service, we drive significant advancement in the benefits market—a vital and continuously expanding sector—positively impacting thousands of lives across Brazil. **We are looking for someone who not only understands Law No. 14.133/2021 but also possesses strategic vision to transform tender notices into business opportunities.** **If you have experience in filing objections, appeals, and managing public contracts—as well as other related activities—this opportunity is for you!** #### **Responsibilities** * Analyze tender notices—including legal, technical, and economic aspects—and issue opinions on feasibility and risks. * Draft and review legal documents related to tender processes, such as objections, administrative appeals, and contracts. * Represent the company at public tender sessions, providing legal and strategic support throughout the entire process. * Monitor and analyze legislation and case law relevant to public tenders and administrative contracts, ensuring compliance. * Provide internal legal consulting on administrative law matters, with focus on tenders and contracts. * Manage administrative and judicial litigation related to tender processes, drafting defenses and appeals. * Develop and deliver internal training on best practices in tenders and contracts. #### **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Law, with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Administrative Law, Public Law, or related fields. * Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) as an attorney specializing in public tenders and administrative contracts. * In-depth knowledge of Law No. 14.133/2021 (New Public Tender and Administrative Contracts Law) and related legislation. * Experience drafting complex procedural documents and legal opinions in the field of public tenders. * Strong negotiation and representation skills before public agencies and courts. * Familiarity with electronic tender systems (e.g., Comprasnet, state and municipal tender platforms). #### **Skills** * Administrative Law * Law No. 14.133/2021 * Legal Opinion Drafting * Administrative Litigation * Public Contracts * Tender Notice Analysis * Legal Negotiation * Electronic Tender Systems * Administrative Case Law ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (Pessoa Jurídica) ### **Department:** Legal
