




Job Summary: We are seeking a Labor Relations Manager with strong strategic capabilities to build, maintain, and manage relationships with labor unions and ensure efficient negotiations. Leadership in collective bargaining and labor union crisis management We seek a **Labor Relations Manager** with strong strategic capabilities—capable of building, leading, and sustaining relationships with labor unions, ensuring efficient negotiations, alignment with corporate policies, and mitigation of labor-related risks. The ideal candidate combines business acumen, an influential mindset, and in-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation—particularly within industrial environments and/or large-scale operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** Proven experience managing labor relations in major industries—especially sectors with strong union presence (e.g., automotive, food, logistics, mining, pharmaceuticals, etc.). Demonstrated track record in collective bargaining, strike management, labor disputes, mediation, and crisis management. Combined experience in labor litigation (court hearings, legal defenses) and integrated collaboration with Legal, HR, and Operations departments. Ability to influence senior leadership and union representatives, supported by refined interpersonal and negotiation skills. Experience interpreting union landscapes, anticipating risks, and proposing action plans/contingency measures. Engagement in communication with leaders, delivery of training sessions, and dissemination of internal policies. Production of labor union reports, analyses, and dashboards; use of HR and management systems. Willingness to travel regionally/nationally as required by union schedules. Preferred: Experience in labor negotiations and legislation across other Latin American countries. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related fields. An MBA or postgraduate degree in Labor Relations is a significant advantage. In-depth knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (Consolidation of Labor Laws – CLT, collective agreements and conventions, labor negotiations, and case law). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR management tools. Languages: fluency in Portuguese; Spanish is desirable; English is a plus.
