Job Mission: The professional will be responsible for inventory control (raw materials, supplies, and tools), ensuring physical inventory matches system records, executing withdrawal and return procedures, and supporting operations by performing material replenishment quotations. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Inventory and Process Control: Perform daily tracking of material, supply, and tool inflows (physical and fiscal receipt) and outflows. Operate the ERP system, ensuring accurate entry of incoming invoices, internal requisitions (work orders), and inventory adjustments. Conduct physical inventories (rotating and annual) to ensure precise inventory control. Monitor tool and asset usage, recording what item, who used it, and for how long. Support process improvement for material withdrawals by guiding employees on correct requisition procedures. Maintain physical warehouse organization (shelves, storage locations, 5S principles). Procurement Support: Monitor inventory levels (minimum, maximum, reorder point) and initiate purchase requisitions upon manager approval. Conduct quotation processes (minimum of three quotes) and analyze supplier proposals, evaluating price, delivery time, and payment terms. Issue purchase requests in the system and track deliveries with suppliers. Support generation of basic inventory reports (e.g., ABC Analysis, Inventory Turnover). Desired Behavioral Profile: Strong organizational skills, methodical approach, and attention to detail (essential). Proactivity in identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies. Good interpersonal skills (to interact with internal departments and suppliers). Ability to balance operational tasks (daily control) with quotation-related activities. ### **Prerequisites** Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Logistics, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields. Experience: Solid hands-on experience in warehouse control or inventory management, preferably in an industrial setting. Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement support routines (quotation analysis). Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems (inventory and procurement modules).
