We are seeking a dynamic, organized professional focused on excellence in customer service to work as an Internal Commercial Consultant I in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) segment. This professional will be responsible for serving customers, ensuring agility, courtesy, and appropriate handling of commercial requests, directly contributing to customer experience and operational efficiency. The role requires the ability to handle multiple simultaneous requests, organizational skills in managing information, and strong communication abilities. The professional will work directly in sales, tracking requests, preparing orders, quoting, and registering information in an ERP system, ensuring standardization and quality in customer service. We seek a proactive individual with strong communication skills, emotional balance, and ease working in teams—especially in high-operational-demand environments requiring continuous customer service. Experience in industrial-sector companies, technical retail, or MRO will be considered a competitive advantage. The Internal Commercial Consultant I plays a strategic role in initial customer interactions, strengthening the company’s image through efficient, consultative, and humanized service. Responsibilities: * Serve customers in person, by phone, and digitally. * Prepare orders and quotations. * Register customer interactions and information in the ERP system. * Organize customer service workflow and prioritize requests. * Track requests and ensure appropriate follow-up with customers. * Perform quotations. * Conduct sales. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Customer service experience. * Basic computer skills. * Fundamental knowledge of ERP systems. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks. * Experience in the MRO, technical retail, or industrial sector. * Basic knowledge of internal sales. * Experience in consultative service. * Training in customer service or commercial routines.
