**Position:** Data Product Manager (Data \& Artificial Intelligence \- GenAI)
**Contract type:** CLT
**Work model:** Hybrid \- 3 days in-office and 2 remote
**Location:** Alameda Cleveland, 509 \- Campos Elíseos/SP \| near Júlio Prestes and Luz stations.
**Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
**About the position**
We are seeking a **Data Product Manager with strong experience in data, artificial intelligence (GenAI), and data science projects and products**, capable of leading data-driven products from discovery to scaling, maximizing value for both the business and end users. This person will work synergistically with Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Tech, consulting teams, and executive stakeholders, ensuring efficient, high-quality evolution aligned with corporate strategies.
**Responsibilities**
* Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for data- and AI-based products, aligned with OKRs and business goals.
* Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify needs, pain points, and user journeys.
* Prioritize backlog based on impact, effort, and technical dependencies.
* Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for Data/AI squads.
* Oversee end-to-end execution: conception, experimentation, development, testing, deployment, and measurement.
* Ensure governance, observability, and reliability of data used in products.
* Establish success metrics and analyze KPIs for continuous decision-making.
* Communicate roadmap, results, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders and partner departments.
* Promote a data-driven culture across the organization.
**Mandatory requirements**
* Experience as a **Data Product Manager** for digital products.
* Knowledge of **data, analytics, and artificial intelligence** projects.
* Ability to translate technical concepts (models, features, pipelines, MLOps, etc.) into business value.
* Experience in **backlog prioritization** and **roadmap management**.
* Familiarity with **agile methodologies** (Scrum / Kanban).
* Strong communication skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
* Knowledge of tools such as: JIRA, Confluence, Power BI / Tableau (desirable).
**Nice-to-have (not mandatory)**
* Experience in the **financial sector**.
* Experience with **A/B testing and experimentation**.
* Product certifications (CSPO, AIPMM, PM3, Pragmatic, etc.).
