**Asstam Combustíveis,** a company in the **TRR (Transporter\-Retailer\-Wholesaler)** sector, located at Parque Bristol in São Paulo /SP, is hiring a **Commercial Advisor**
**Main responsibilities:**
Prospect new clients and identify business opportunities in technical services and solutions;
Conduct commercial visits, strategic meetings, and client needs assessments;
Adopt a consultative approach—understanding client challenges and proposing solutions aligned with their requirements;
Develop commercial proposals aligned with the company’s operational and technical solutions; negotiate contracts, pricing, timelines, and commercial terms, ensuring profitability and competitiveness;
Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact through to closing and post\-sales;
Serve as the interface between clients and technical/operational teams, ensuring alignment and service delivery quality;
Monitor service execution to ensure client satisfaction and strengthen commercial relationships;
Maintain active engagement with the client portfolio to foster loyalty and expand business;
Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities to increase the company’s share of client business;
Update and maintain CRM and internal systems with commercial information, proposals, and negotiation statuses;
Support commercial leadership in developing strategies, goals, and growth plans;
Monitor commercial KPIs and prepare performance reports and results tracking;
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Technology in related fields.
Postgraduate degree (considered a plus)
Proven experience in commercial roles (minimum 2 years), preferably selling technical, industrial, or corporate solutions;
Experience in the fuel, tank, fueling systems, or related sectors will be considered a strategic advantage;
Experience prospecting NEW clients and using CRM, consultative negotiation, and closing commercial contracts;
Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, timelines, commercial terms, and managing post\-sales;
Experience managing client portfolios and developing new business opportunities;
Knowledge of consultative selling techniques, sales funnels, corporate relationship management, and client retention;
Experience using CRM, commercial systems, and opportunity management tools;
Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into commercial proposals aligned with the company’s solutions;
