Job Summary:
Responsible for executing civil maintenance services, including masonry, plastering, painting, and aesthetic repairs to preserve the shopping center’s areas.
Key Highlights:
1. Performing preventive and corrective civil maintenance at the shopping center.
2. Carrying out aesthetic repairs and adjustments to finishes.
3. Collaborating with the shopping center’s maintenance and operations teams.
Role: Responsible for civil maintenance service execution, including masonry, plastering, painting, aesthetic repairs, and other activities related to preserving and adapting the shopping center’s areas.
Responsibilities:
* Conducting and executing civil maintenance (preventive and corrective) inspections and work at the shopping center;
* Assisting / supporting inspections and maintenance (preventive and corrective) of water, sewage, and drainage pipelines;
* Inspecting and performing maintenance and cleaning on roofs, gutters, flashings, and other building structures at the shopping center;
* Promptly performing corrective services to ensure facility preservation;
* Executing and repairing walls, floors, and general structures;
* Preparing and applying plaster for plastering, leveling, and structural corrections;
* Constructing and adapting masonry for improvements or requested modifications;
* Performing interior and exterior painting on walls, ceilings, structures, and furniture;
* Preparing surfaces, including sanding, applying fillers, and primers;
* Touching up and renewing paint in circulation and technical areas as needed;
* Identifying and performing aesthetic repairs in common areas, including crack repairs, leak fixes, and leveling corrections;
* Adjusting finishes such as baseboards, ceilings, expansion joints, and other decorative or protective elements;
* Moving, assembling, and adjusting shopping center furniture and assets, ensuring safety and functionality;
* Performing minor repairs on furniture such as tables, chairs, counters, supports, doors, windows, locks, etc.;
* Performing minor carpentry and metalwork repairs;
* Performing minor assembly and welding tasks on metal structures;
* Adjusting assembly systems (e.g., scaffolding and window/door frames);
* Supporting tenants for emergency interventions or clarifying queries (corrective actions require prior approval from ALLOS Management);
* Reporting abnormalities or requirements for materials and tools received from Artificie I to OPUS and ALLOS Management;
* Daily organization of tools and technical workshops under responsibility;
* Conducting periodic inspections to identify potential failures or maintenance needs, documenting abnormalities and reporting them to ALLOS Management for action;
* Completing technical reports and maintaining detailed records of performed activities;
* Collaborating with other shopping center maintenance and operations teams
Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
