Technical Skills: * Basic computer skills (Windows, Office suite, especially Excel and Word) * Fluent navigation in online systems and web platforms * Familiarity with business management systems and CRMs (bitrix24) * Ability to interpret simple reports and customer usage data * Strong written and verbal communication (important for providing clear guidance) Responsibilities: * Monitor the customer journey from onboarding to delight * Provide consulting on processes and operational efficiency * Conduct trainings, guidance, and system usage follow\-up * Update internal system with relevant and strategic information * Identify bottlenecks, anticipate issues, and act preventively * Update and record all interactions, pain points, and needs in the internal system (CRM) * Collaborate with accounting, tax, and finance teams to align deliverables * Collect feedback and turn it into actionable insights for continuous improvement * Produce simple manuals and tutorials when necessary to enhance customer experience * Ensure customers derive real value from the system and contracted services Job Mission: Ensure customers have a smooth, strategic, and valuable experience with our management system, focusing on relationship, performance, and results.
