




Job Summary: Professional responsible for civil maintenance, including repairs to structures, finishes, and hydraulic systems—ranging from masonry and painting to water and sewage networks. Key Highlights: 1. Perform civil maintenance on masonry, ceilings, floors, and painting. 2. Carry out preventive and corrective hydraulic maintenance. 3. Work on repairs across various installations and systems. Civil Maintenance (structures and finishes) Repair damaged masonry, walls, ceilings, ceilings, and floors in common and technical areas Install and maintain partitions, gypsum ceilings, and various claddings Repair and replace ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, grout, and baseboards Perform interior and exterior painting, including emergency aesthetic touch-ups Maintain doors, windows, door handles, locks, and handrails Hydraulic Maintenance Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water and sewage networks Replace faucets, valves, traps, shut-off valves, and showerheads in bathrooms and changing rooms Locate and repair visible or hidden leaks Clean and unclog drains, grease traps, sinks, and toilets Inspect and perform minor repairs on hydraulic pumps and water tanks SCHEDULE: 5 days on / 2 days off, 06:00 to 15:48 Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) * Attendance bonus * Dental plan * Life insurance * Commuter allowance * Meal voucher
