We are looking for a **Technical Leader** to lead a full-stack development team focused on mission-critical solutions in the insurance sector, with emphasis on **individual life insurance — Whole Life**. We seek a hands-on profile with solid experience in Microsoft stack development (.NET / Angular / Azure) and the ability to provide technical leadership to the team — combining architectural guidance, code reviews, mentoring, and stakeholder communication. Prior knowledge of life insurance products is a highly relevant differentiator to translate complex business rules (coverage, premium calculation, sum assured, surrender value) into robust technical solutions. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide technical leadership to the development team, offering guidance and support on architecture and implementation decisions * Delegate and monitor tasks, ensuring delivery within quality standards and agreed timelines * Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and development culture * Act hands-on in developing back-end (.NET / .NET Core) and front-end (Angular) solutions * Participate in defining solution architecture and technical design * Support configuration and evolution of CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps * Translate life insurance business rules (coverage, premium calculation, sum assured, surrender value, benefit advance) into technical solutions * Lead technical meetings with clients and other stakeholders * Support the team in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues * Contribute to the team’s technical growth by promoting adoption of best practices and new technologies **Requirements and qualifications** * Previous experience as a Technical Leader, with a hands-on profile * Solid back-end development experience with C# .NET and .NET Core * Front-end development experience with Angular * Experience with Azure DevOps * Experience with DevOps practices, CI and CD * Strong knowledge of SQL Server * Knowledge of PL/SQL * Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and cross-functional teams * Willingness to learn and stay technically up-to-date * Knowledge of **individual life insurance products**, with emphasis on **Whole Life** — permanent/lifetime policies featuring surrender value and lifetime coverage **Desirable:** --------------- * Familiarity with insurance domain: policy issuance and management, premium calculation engine, actuarial integration, claims (claims), and underwriting * Basic understanding of SUSEP regulation and general terms of personal insurance * Prior experience in individual life insurance companies or consulting firms serving this sector **Additional information** * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher; * SESI and SESC health and wellness benefits, providing access to healthcare, wellness, and leisure services; * Partnerships with educational institutions, offering exclusive discounts on courses and educational programs; * Opportunities for career growth and participation in strategic projects; * Opportunity to work at a rapidly expanding market company.
