Technical Leader (.NET / Angular)

Description

We are looking for a **Technical Leader** to work with one of our strategic clients in the insurance sector, leading a full-stack development team focused on mission-critical business solutions built on the Microsoft stack (.NET / Angular / Azure). We seek a hands\-on profile with solid development experience and the ability to provide technical leadership to the team — combining architectural guidance, code reviews, mentoring, and stakeholder communication. **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead the development team technically, providing guidance and support in architectural and implementation decisions * Delegate and monitor tasks, ensuring delivery meets quality standards and agreed timelines * Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and development culture * Act hands\-on in developing back\-end solutions (.NET / .NET Core) and front\-end solutions (Angular) * Participate in defining solution architecture and technical design * Support configuration and evolution of CI/CD pipelines and API management via APIM * Lead technical meetings with the client and other stakeholders * Support the team in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues * Contribute to the team’s technical growth by promoting adoption of best practices and new technologies **Requirements and qualifications** * Prior experience as a Technical Leader, with a hands\-on profile * Solid back\-end development experience with C\# .NET and .NET Core * Front\-end development experience with Angular * Knowledge of Azure * Experience with Pipelines (CI/CD) and APIM (Azure API Management) * Proficiency in Visual Studio * Strong knowledge of SQL Server * Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and cross-functional teams * Willingness to learn and stay technically up\-to\-date * Intermediate English **Desirable:** --------------- * Knowledge of PL/SQL * Experience with Copilot and/or other AI tools applied to development **Additional information** * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher; * Partnerships with SESI and SESC, offering access to health, wellness, and leisure services; * Partnership with Educational Institutions, providing exclusive discounts on courses and educational programs; * Opportunities for career growth within the company and participation in strategic projects; * Opportunity to work at a rapidly expanding market company.
