Your work will be critical in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the company’s internal operations. #### **Your Key Deliverables:** * Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services for internal systems; * Implement automated tests (unit, mocked, end-to-end) to ensure application quality and stability; * Evolve and maintain system architecture, applying best practices in modularity and design; * Monitor and optimize production system performance; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure solutions align with the company’s internal needs. #### **Profile We’re Seeking:** * Proven experience in software development (mandatory); * Experience in developing automated tests (unit, mocked, end-to-end) (mandatory); * Knowledge of building and consuming REST APIs (desirable); * Solid foundation in programming fundamentals, logical reasoning, and development patterns; * Experience with Node.js and TypeScript as primary languages; * Ability to write unit tests, mocks, integration tests, and end-to-end tests; * Strong communication and collaboration skills, contributing to a culture of continuous learning. #### **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Software architecture, including Clean Architecture, Clean Code, SOLID principles, OOP, and Design Patterns; * Building and consuming REST APIs; * Automated testing at multiple levels (unit, mocks, integration, end-to-end); * Node.js and TypeScript programming languages. #### **Behavioral Competencies:** * Clear and effective communication; * Collaboration and teamwork; * Proactivity in problem solving; * Commitment to quality and continuous improvement; * Adaptability and constant learning. #### **Selection Process Steps:** * Application – Submission of application; * Mindsight – Work style assessment; * Talent Acquisition – Competency-based interview with recruitment team; * Technical Challenge – Technical skills evaluation test; * Technical Interview – Technical discussion regarding job requirements; * Final Interview – Final alignment conversation with management; * BP Interview – Discussion with Business Partner about culture and values; * Offer – Final stage of selection process, including formal job offer.
