While this role focuses primarily on back-end development, familiarity with front-end is considered a valuable differentiator — though not mandatory — enabling greater autonomy and broader technical impact on the product. You’ll join our remote engineering team, operating in an agile, collaborative, and high-engineering-standard environment — delivering robust, scalable solutions built on a modern Azure-based stack for our clients’ day-to-day needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain high-quality, high-performance Python applications; * Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines integrated with LLMs; * Integrate and orchestrate language models via Azure AI Foundry; * Implement search and information retrieval mechanisms using Azure AI Search and Azure Managed Redis (Redis Search); * Apply observability and monitoring to applications using Langfuse and Application Insights; * Ensure content safety and sensitive data handling (PII) with Azure Language Service; * Implement best practices for secret management (Azure Key Vault), file storage (Azure Blob Storage), and API gateways (Azure APIM); * Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams; * Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices; * Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of the development ecosystem. **Essential Requirements:** * Strong back-end Python development experience; * Hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models); * Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines; * Experience working in cloud environments — especially Azure; * Familiarity with Azure Container Apps for application deployment; * Experience with search/cache services such as Redis (Redis Search); * Strong version control, documentation, and code organization practices; * Experience in agile and collaborative environments. **Nice-to-Have:** * Front-end development experience; * Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Search; * Knowledge of observability tools like Langfuse and Application Insights; * Experience with Azure APIM (API Gateway) and Azure Key Vault (secret management); * Familiarity with Azure Language Service for Content Safety / PII handling; * Experience with Azure Blob Storage; * Background in product companies or startups. **What We Offer:** * **Remote Work:** Enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere in Brazil — with full autonomy and self-organization. * **Health & Well-being:** Health and dental plans, life insurance, and Wellhub (Gympass). * **\+Education:** Discounts on FIAP courses and USP Esalq MBA programs to support your ongoing learning and growth. * **Exclusive Perks:** Discounts at Multilaser stores, referral bonuses for professionals and business leads, flexible working hours, and annual bonus. ### ***Learn more about our culture, benefits, and what it’s like to be a \#Luber on our*** ***Careers Page!***
