At 3CON, you’ll have the opportunity to work with major enterprises across Brazil, combining cutting-edge technologies with business needs to deliver outstanding results for our clients. **\# What are we looking for?** We are seeking a **Senior Full Stack Java Developer** to join one of Brazil’s largest pharmaceutical retail companies! **Responsibilities and duties** Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain web applications using Java (Spring Boot, JPA, etc.) and React, ensuring high quality and scalability. * Define, design, and implement new system features in collaboration with cross-functional teams. * Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions aligned with business needs. * Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and software engineering best practices. * Participate in the full software development lifecycle — analysis, architecture, development, testing, and deployment. * Develop and consume REST APIs, ensuring secure integration between systems. * Collaborate with agile squads, contributing to technical decisions and continuous product improvements. * Monitor production systems and resolve incidents to ensure application availability. * Document processes, architectures, and services to maintain compliance and audit standards.
