**Senior Full Stack Engineer** ============================== **Tech · Senior · Technical Track (IC) · 100% remote · PJ · Reports to Head of Product / CTO** **The Mission** ------------ Drive product projects **end\-to\-end,** from system design to production deployment, in high complexity, connecting technology to business impact and elevating the technical level of the team. Seniority here is measured by **autonomy**, the complexity of the problems you solve alone, and the impact on the business. **What you will do** ------------------------ * **Deliver projects end\-to\-end.** You receive a problem, not a chewed-up spec. You write the system design, collect feedback, make the final call, and deliver to production — backend, frontend, and AI integration in the same flow. * **Sustain critical systems in production,** within the agreed SLO and with frequent deploys without structural regression. * **Leave decisions traceable** in system designs and ADRs — including those to *not build now*. * **Negotiate scope with Product.** Break large deliveries into slices that validate hypotheses faster. * **Address a systemic problem per cycle** — refactoring, migration, observability, security. Something no one asked for but the area needed. * **Make the team more autonomous:** code reviews that teach, docs that become references, reusable automations. You are the owner of the project you drive. What affects another domain, data, or relevant infra cost, align with technical leadership before closing — the rest, close alone. Faced with an ambiguous problem, do not come with an open question: come with a defensible proposal, mapped trade\-offs. **Requirements** -------------- **Mandatory:** * **Backend with depth:** Python (FastAPI), async and concurrency with mastery of trade\-offs, aggressive refactoring without breaking production * **Domain modeling:** DDD with tactics, anti-corruption layer for supplier domain, judgment on modular monolith × microservices, including when **not** to fragment * **Distributed systems:** versioned APIs, idempotency, eventual consistency, queues/cache/workers (Pub/Sub, SQS, Redis), near real\-time asynchronous processing * **Frontend with autonomy:** React \+ TypeScript, complex state, REST/GraphQL, LLM streaming and AI UX * **Databases:** relational and NoSQL modeling, query and index optimization, trade\-off between stacks (PostgreSQL × MongoDB × BigQuery × Redis) * **Cloud, observability and CI/CD:** GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run) and/or AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3\), OpenTelemetry, feature flags, canary * **Applied AI:** agent orchestration, RAG, structured extraction of unstructured data * **Security:** OWASP Top 10, OAuth/JWT, PII and secrets **Differentiators:** Terraform or other IaC · evals of AI systems (DeepEval or equivalent) · idempotency in financial integrations · experience in small and senior teams, where each person drives an entire project · experience in early stage start\-up · affinity with artificial intelligence **How we work** -------------------- 100% remote, team distributed across Brazil, with in-person offsite in SP every six months · PJ hiring **Process** ------------ Screening Conversation with People Case \+ Technical interview with Tech/Product leadership Proposal
