Role Overview * Perform analyses involving cross-database joins. * Build projection models focused on product performance, user behavior, and growth. * Develop interactive dashboards and reports for various departments across the company. * Translate data into strategic narratives that support business decisions and the product roadmap. * Partner closely with product, technology, and design teams to drive business impact. * Ensure accuracy and consistency of analyzed data. * Present insights clearly, engagingly, and tailored to business stakeholders and leadership. * Transform data into structured interpretations that support data-driven decision-making, linking local metrics to ecosystem-level impact. * Possess strong understanding of business problems/questions, with ability to decompose them into testable hypotheses and answer them through data analysis. Experience and Skills * Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, and Databricks. * Ability to effectively communicate study and analysis results to audiences with varying levels of technical data literacy. * Experience in strategic data analysis within fintech or datatech sectors. * Knowledge of statistical modeling and growth projections is a plus.
