**Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst** **Location:** Remote – LATAM **Engagement:** Full\-time Contractor (12\+ months) **Compensation:** **USD $3,500/month** **Client:** Google **Working Hours:** U.S. Pacific Time (PST) About the Role We are looking for a **Senior Business Intelligence Analyst** to join Google's Play BI team, supporting business stakeholders across the United States. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through data. You'll own analytics initiatives from requirements gathering to final delivery, working with large\-scale enterprise datasets and partnering directly with cross\-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable taking ownership with minimal supervision while delivering scalable BI solutions that drive business decisions. What You'll DoBusiness Intelligence \& Analytics * Analyze large\-scale enterprise datasets (100M\+ records). * Develop advanced SQL queries to extract actionable business insights. * Perform deep data investigations and root cause analysis. * Build scalable reporting and analytical solutions for business stakeholders. * Translate business requirements into effective BI solutions. End\-to\-End Project Ownership * Lead analytics initiatives from discovery through implementation. * Gather business requirements and define analytical approaches. * Partner with technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Validate solutions and support business adoption. * Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements. Process Improvement \& Automation * Design automated workflows that improve operational efficiency. * Optimize reporting processes and eliminate manual work. * Improve data quality and monitoring across enterprise systems. * Recommend scalable analytics solutions for long\-term business value. What We're Looking ForRequired Experience * **8\+ years** of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Analytics. * Advanced SQL skills in enterprise environments. * Experience working with very large datasets (100M\+ rows). * Strong experience with: * Business Intelligence * Data Analysis * Data Modeling * Root Cause Analysis * Performance Optimization * Workflow Automation * Process Optimization * Experience delivering analytics projects independently. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast\-paced environment.
