Job Description – Sales Assistant The professional will be responsible for in-person customer service at the counter and within the store, assisting with product presentations for lighting, decoration, and solutions for residential and commercial projects. They will also support the sales department by assisting in prospecting new customers and partners, particularly architects, interior designers, construction companies, and other professionals in the field. Key Responsibilities: * In-person and WhatsApp customer service; * Counter service at the store; * Product organization and restocking in the showroom; * Assistance in preparing quotations; * Order follow-up and post-sale support; * Prospecting new architects and commercial partners; * Support in sales of lighting, decoration, and automation; * Customer registration and system updates; * General support to the sales team. Requirements: * Strong communication skills; * Ability to work well in a team; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Basic computer knowledge; * Willingness to learn and grow professionally; * Prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
