Act as a reliable source of expertise on product attributes and recipes **Job Description:** **Product Process Deployment Analyst \- Your next career move?** ================================================================ Reporting to our Product Process Deployment Jr. Manager for Mars Pet Nutrition, this position will provide technical support to the Dry and Care \& Treats Product \& Process Deployment team, contributing with activities that support the implementation of small and medium Innovation projects, Performance Program, and Continuous Improvement projects in the OE. Significant collaboration is expected with associates that belong to Quality, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Engineering and Planning. This position will be Hybrid, 3 times on site at out Campinas offices and 2 days at home. **In this exciting position you will...** ========================================= * Accountable and responsible of the creation and delivery of product and process specifications, standard running conditions and Level 1 troubleshooting information to achieve product attribute targets and ensure superior product quality and food safety. * Act as a reliable source of information and expertise on product attributes connected to recipe (e.g. texture, palatability, competitive understanding). * Organize and support pilot, industrial trials for prototype generation and commissioning processes and finalize through formal report. * Support data gathering and analysis upon request (e.g. theoretical raw material nutrition, competitor mapping etc.). * Responsible for design, translation, and implementation of Innovation, Renovation and COGS Prime related projects, delivering products and/or processes to ensure key quality attributes and performance (nutrition, palatability, BEP) in line with defined targets. **You?** ======== * Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines. * 3\+ Years of Experience in similar positions, working with new product development in the FMCG market, ideally in Food or Pet Food industries * Advanced English required, which will be tested in the process. **Our Benefits?** ================= * Industry\-competitive salary, including an annual bonus. * Medical plan for you and your family, alongside Supplemental Life Insurance. * On\-site lunch provided. * Discounts on our products! * Office amenities, such as fresh fruit, coffee, and vending machines.
