Job Summary: Develop new products and solutions for flight control systems, integrating products and verifying designs with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Design verification through modeling, simulation, and testing **About the Team:** The FCS \- Flight Control System \- team in Commercial Aviation develops new products (EVE project), new solutions and modifications to already-certified products, as well as resolving issues and supporting production and field-identified open items. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** Working on the EVE project alongside a highly qualified team with extensive experience across multiple prior projects. Responsibilities include: * Specifying technical design at system and component levels; * Integrating the product with other systems and the airframe; * Monitoring and verifying proper product development by our domestic and international suppliers; * Verifying designs using various verification methods, including modeling and simulation, laboratory testing, or testing with prototypes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed in this role, you must have:** * Completed undergraduate degree (diploma or degree certificate required) in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or related engineering disciplines; * Active CREA registration or documentation required to obtain it; * Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking; * Experience in system architecture or equipment architecture design and analysis; * Experience in technical specification of systems or equipment; Note: It is essential that your relevant experience matching the above requirements be clearly detailed in your candidate profile. **You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Knowledge of standards DO-160, MIL-STD-810, ARP4754, ARP4761; * Experience in equipment qualification; * Experience in system or equipment requirements testing and verification; * Experience in safety assessment; * Experience with aviation certification requirements under Part 23 or Part 25. **Additional Information** On-site work model in São José dos Campos/SP **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccination Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Gympass * Multi-Benefit Card (for Hybrid or 100% Remote work models) * On-site Cafeteria * Home Office Allowance (for Hybrid or 100% Remote work models) * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
