We are seeking a Principal Engineer focused on .NET to serve as the technical reference for a tribe composed of multiple development squads. This role will have a strategic and cross-functional scope, supporting technical decisions, architectural evolution, definition of best practices, and technological direction for the company’s solutions. The challenge involves ensuring scalability, technical quality, sustainability of applications, and alignment across squads—promoting software engineering excellence and supporting the technical evolution of the ecosystem.
