. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement; * Develop advanced analytics using statistical methods, such as clustering, probability distributions, and other analytical techniques; * Design dashboards, executive reports, and presentations containing actionable insights for stakeholders; * Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to ensure alignment between requirements and analyses; * Prioritize tasks and manage analytical demand pipelines; * Translate technical information into accessible language for business units and leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis; * Experience with Python for data analysis and processing; * Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard and visualization development; * Knowledge of Databricks; * Strong analytical capability and experience with exploratory data analysis; * Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences; * Experience engaging with stakeholders and business units; * Availability for occasional travel to Porto Alegre/RS.
