**Paid Traffic Manager** i5 Growth is seeking a Paid Traffic Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize performance campaigns. We are looking for an analytical, organized, and responsible individual who can independently manage accounts, identify opportunities, and translate data into optimization decisions. As some projects involve the healthcare and pharmacy sectors, familiarity with sensitive campaigns and platform advertising policies is important. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, configure, and manage paid media campaigns; * Work on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads; * Monitor performance indicators, investments, and results; * Analyze metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, conversions, and revenue; * Develop hypotheses and conduct tests to optimize campaigns; * Identify performance issues and propose corrective actions; * Monitor ad rejections, restrictions, and blocks; * Ensure campaign compliance with platform policies; * Prepare reports and present analyses clearly; * Collaborate with Growth, Content, Social Media, and Design teams. **Requirements** * Practical experience managing paid traffic; * Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads; * Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions; * Familiarity with media metrics and conversion funnels; * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and availability for meetings and alignment sessions; * Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with compounding pharmacies, drugstores, or pharmaceutical e-commerce; * Experience with supplements, nutraceuticals, health, aesthetics, or wellness; * Experience with products or services subject to advertising restrictions; * Knowledge of advertising policies for sensitive campaigns; * Experience with TikTok Ads; * Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance tracking tools. **Opportunity Details** * Work format: Remote; * Employment type: Freelance / PJ (individual entrepreneur); * Compensation: R$ 3,000 per month.
