We are seeking a new team member to join us as an **Optical Consultant** **Position Responsibilities:** * Contact, prospect, and visit clients; * Promote and generate demand for the company’s products and services; * Collaborate with management to develop a monthly visit plan; * Conduct training sessions for clients; * Maintain the client portfolio, updating it whenever necessary; * Drive sales growth within your client portfolio; * Gather market intelligence to identify potential clients and possible competitive threats; * Submit daily visit reports in the system; * Achieve assigned targets; * Monitor client performance to build action plans based on these results; * Reinforce marketing campaigns and train stores to sell our products more effectively and in greater volume. **Position Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing; * Interest in the optical sector; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver’s license (Class B); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Solid analytical ability.
