This person will be responsible for developing robust and scalable solutions, working end-to-end throughout the development lifecycle, engaging closely with stakeholders, and prioritizing technical excellence and innovation. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Analyze and understand client needs and requirements, collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders to implement appropriate and innovative technical solutions. * Develop and document high-quality code, adhering to coding standards and best practices, using appropriate frameworks and libraries to meet project requirements. * Participate in the entire development process — from planning and analysis through coding, testing, and deployment — ensuring delivery of functional and scalable solutions. * Collaborate with other developers, architects, and project managers, sharing knowledge and helping resolve problems to find innovative solutions. * Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders, providing progress updates, discussing challenges, and proposing solutions. * Participate in code reviews and team meetings, contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and practices. * Stay current with industry trends and technological developments, applying that knowledge to enhance solutions and promote ongoing innovation. **To succeed in this role, you must have:** * Solid proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript), with production-level application development experience * Experience with Node.js ecosystem frameworks and libraries such as Express, Koa, NestJS, Mocha, Jest, etc. * Familiarity with web application development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript * Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server, plus SQL knowledge and data modeling skills * Knowledge of software development best practices, including SOLID principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) * Experience writing and executing unit and integration tests * Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio Code or WebStorm, and version control systems like Git * Knowledge of software development security practices * Experience integrating APIs and third-party services (REST, SOAP, or gRPC) * Ability to analyze and resolve performance and scalability issues using optimization and monitoring techniques **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes. * Exposure to AI tools and frameworks applied to development, such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar. **What do we offer our Builders?** * Meal Allowance (VA/VR) via Caju card; * Remote Work Allowance via Caju card; * Flexible Points Program on your Caju — *a flexible amount you can use however you choose;* * Nationwide Health Plan by Porto Seguro (Silver Plan with private room, no copayment), with 50% of the monthly premium covered by Builders; * Dental Care Plan by Porto Seguro (Bronze Plan), with 100% of the monthly premium covered by Builders; * Childcare Assistance for children up to 72 months old; * Mental Health Support — *access to the Conexa app;* * Physical Health Support — *access to Gympass and TotalPass apps;* * Life Insurance ***All our positions are inclusive and open to individuals of all gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, ethnicities, cultures, backgrounds, beliefs, disabilities, and other forms of diversity.
