We combine sophisticated design, technology, and finishing excellence to deliver exclusive products to the premium market.* **About the Job** We seek an experienced and committed carpentry professional to work in the manufacturing and assembly of high-end furniture. We are looking for someone with technical autonomy, attention to detail, and a focus on excellence at every stage of the production process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manufacture / Assemble furniture according to technical drawings and specifications; * Operate carpentry machinery and equipment safely and autonomously; * Perform cutting, machining, joinery, gluing, and structural assembly; * Perform adjustments and ensure dimensional accuracy and high-standard finishing; * Identify and correct deviations during the production process; * Maintain quality, departmental organization, and tool maintenance; * Provide technical support to the team whenever necessary. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a carpenter and/or furniture assembler; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Experience operating carpentry machinery (e.g., panel saws, routers, sliding table saws, etc.); * Skill in manufacturing and assembling high-end furniture; * Organization, commitment, and attention to detail. * Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the premium furniture segment; * Knowledge of specialty hardware and fine finishes; * Experience with custom-made furniture and high-value-added products. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary; * Transportation allowance \+ parking; * Breakfast and lunch provided at the company; * Meal allowance; * 100% employer-paid Unimed health insurance; * MetLife dental insurance; * SESC benefits; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass).
