Job Summary: We are looking for a candidate with solid technical foundations to work on video capture and editing for social media, with an emphasis on growth and continuous learning. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct video shoots at client locations (camera operation, framing, audio, and basic lighting) * Assist in organizing equipment and recording sets * Edit videos for social media (Reels, Stories, short-form and institutional videos) * Apply cuts, pacing, captions, and basic color and audio adjustments * Follow scripts and creative guidelines defined by the team * Support external shoots, events, and internal recordings * Organize files, folders, and raw materials * Meet deadlines and Faive's quality standards What We Expect: * Basic/intermediate knowledge of camera operation * Understanding of framing, lighting, and audio capture * Proficiency in video editing (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci or similar) * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and professional conduct on set * Genuine desire to learn and advance technically Nice-to-Have (not required): * Experience creating videos for social media * Familiarity with storytelling and editing rhythm * Prior experience with external shoots or events * Familiarity with visual identity and branding Profile We Seek: * Proactive, organized, and committed individual * Open to feedback and continuous learning * Enjoys teamwork and dynamic environments * Understands that high-quality video capture is as important as excellent editing
