The company also leads ERTMS rollout in Sweden—both onboard and trackside. **Alstom** is currently seeking an ambitious and driven **Software Developer** in **Hässleholm**. **Your future role** You will work on safety-critical embedded systems and have the opportunity to learn extensively about railway signaling and protocols, ERTMS, and CENELEC standards for software development used in control and protection systems. In your daily work, you will closely collaborate with teams across the business, taking responsibility for developing, maintaining, testing, and evaluating software using C/C++ and much more. **What you will do** * Perform technical analysis of problems, troubleshooting reports, and newly requested features * Design, implement, and integrate new software functionality * Carry out maintenance and bug fixing * Work on requirements engineering * Conduct root cause, impact, and safety analyses * Provide customer support **All about you** We value passion and attitude more than experience.
