We serve clients across various industries and work collaboratively across creative, planning, media, account management, and content teams. About the role: We seek a Junior Designer to develop social media visuals, responsible for executing visual assets based on defined briefs and maintaining constant collaboration with other agency departments. Key responsibilities: • Creating social media posts, carousels, and related content. • Interpreting briefs with strategic and textual attention. • Developing layouts aligned with brand identities. • Managing multiple projects simultaneously across diverse client segments. • Making adjustments and refinements based on feedback. Requirements: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Solid understanding of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy. Strong reading and briefing interpretation skills. Organizational skills and agility to handle multiple tasks. High-quality deliverables, completed on time and with attention to detail. An updated portfolio (mandatory). No prior agency experience required. Desirable: Basic knowledge of motion design (After Effects or similar tools). Interest in or experience with offline materials.
