. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Build software development solutions focused on catalog; * Support technical and strategic decision-making by evaluating risks and impacts of solutions (resilience, performance, scalability, and security); * Participate in the construction and validation of developed solutions, ensuring clear communication and transparency in processes; * Collaborate with the team to build, define, and execute product test scenarios; * Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities for system optimization and improvement; * Establish and promote agile development practices, encouraging collaboration, continuous feedback, and continuous improvement; * Possess a clear understanding of the entire software development lifecycle; * Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment, encouraging diversity and teamwork while ensuring timely delivery; * Demonstrate proactivity and dynamism toward the team, supporting resolution of highly complex problems. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience as a Java Back-End Developer (versions 17, 21 or later) with Spring Boot; * Knowledge of Microservices architecture; * Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous communication; * Experience with messaging systems (SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ); * Knowledge of software development best practices; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (primarily Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, and Redis); * Knowledge of software quality (test pyramid, unit testing, and automation); * Experience with observability and troubleshooting tools (Dynatrace is a plus); * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence development (Amazon Q is a plus); * Knowledge of Google ADK for agent development; * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum); * Experience developing distributed, resilient, scalable, and high-performance architectures; * Experience in API modeling, documentation, and implementation; * Experience with Cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.); * Experience with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes; * Experience with software observability. Desirable: * Experience with Node.js; * Experience with Front-End development (React, JavaScript, TypeScript); * Experience as a Full Stack Developer; * Experience with Micro-Frontends architecture; * Knowledge of front-end and API integration (consumption, authentication, performance).
