If you want to grow, learn, and impact people’s lives, \#JoinUs **About the Area:** The Demand Generation – Backoffice & Corporate area supports Grupo Fleury’s corporate departments, acting as a bridge between Business and IT. Its scope includes proposing strategic technology solutions, analyzing business demands, defining and specifying new projects, and orchestrating IT capabilities cross-functionally. Key responsibilities include: managing and prioritizing demands with internal departments; leading the preparation of Business Cases; supporting the PMO in delivering projects within scope, timeline, budget, and quality; validating deliverables with the Business; handling procurement; and facilitating escalation and communication during critical situations until final solution implementation. **Main Activities:** Assist in capturing and tracking low-complexity/low-scale IT demands; Support Demand Generation analysts in interactions with other IT technical areas to ensure solutions align with Grupo Fleury’s IT architecture standards; Assist the PMO in preparing project documents/artifacts; Help organize agendas related to service areas. **We Are Looking For Someone Who:** Before applying, please verify whether you meet the requirements and resonate with our purpose.
