We’re waiting for your application!** **\#joinbahiana** **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in the proper application of standards and guidelines issued by standardization bodies and indexing services for scientific outputs; * Assist in the layout and publication of scientific outputs submitted to the institution’s journal portal and other scientific publications under supervision; * Support the production of graphic materials and communication strategies for the department under supervision; * Assist in serving members of the unit and other clients/suppliers; * Assist in reviewing/verifying normalization and layout stages under supervision; * Issuance of certificates (e.g., publication, evaluation). **Requirements and qualifications** * Enrolled in Graphic Design or related fields from the 2nd semester onward; * Familiarity with Adobe graphic software (Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office suite is desirable; * Familiarity with Google tools, network file sharing, and online meetings is desirable; * Familiarity with English and/or Spanish is desirable. * Must have access to a computer/laptop with internet connectivity. **Additional information** **Workload:** * 20 hours per week. **Work arrangement:** * Remote work. **Benefits:** * Internship stipend aligned with market standards; * Day Off (Birthday Leave and Intern Day); * Quality of Life Program (Workplace Gymnastics, Aquagym, Meditation, Pilates, Yoga, Smoking Cessation Support Program); * Bahiana Family Program (Health support program for staff).
