A LIVE! is seeking a dynamic and committed professional to assume the position of Style Manager in our company. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Design, Communication, or related fields (postgraduate degree is a plus). * Experience in **collection development**, creative direction, and portfolio building. * Strong insight into **trends, consumer behavior, and benchmarking**. * Proficiency in color palettes, print design, materials, and visual language. * Experience integrating **creation, product, engineering, and commercial departments**. * Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams. **Profile:** * Strategic vision applied to design. * Inspirational leadership and talent development. * Ability to make creative decisions with technical and commercial feasibility. * Organization, systemic vision, and strong cross-departmental coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the **creative direction of collections**, translating brand strategy into narratives, macro-themes, and visual guidelines. * Ensure aesthetic coherence across product, branding, and communication. * Manage and develop the Style team, ensuring creative excellence and adherence to timelines. * Integrate Style with Engineering, Development, Marketing, and Commercial departments. * Validate garment fit, silhouette, and wearability, ensuring alignment between concept and execution. * Supervise storytelling, commercial materials, and aesthetic language applied to communication and e-commerce.
