A solid, award-winning company increasingly recognized in the market. ***About the Challenge:*** We’re looking for a Frontend Developer to transform designs into fast, accessible, and conversion-ready web pages. You’ll work side by side with Growth Design, Paid Media, and Product teams to bring landing pages, experiments, and continuous website improvements to life. Here, good code is code that loads quickly, measures everything, and withstands A/B testing without breaking. Join us as a Hero!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Build** * Develop landing pages, microsites, and website pages from Figma designs; * Create and maintain reusable components to accelerate production of new pages; * Customize and evolve our WordPress/Elementor and Framer environments; * Ensure design fidelity: typography, spacing, animations, and on-point branding; * Implement responsive and accessible pages across mobile and desktop. **Perform and Measure** * Optimize Core Web Vitals: LCP, CLS, and INP are daily metrics for you; * Implement measurement events using Google Tag Manager and dataLayer; * Provide technical support for A/B tests: implement variants, ensure clean, flicker-free experiment execution; * Apply technical SEO best practices: semantic structure, structured data, sitemap, meta tags. **Collaborate** * Partner with Growth Design on technical feasibility of layouts and experiments; * Support the Paid Media team with pixels, conversion tags, and tracking integrations; * Participate in code reviews and contribute to evolving team standards; * Document components and solutions so the team can scale without depending on you. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid frontend development experience, with at least 2 years working with React.js; * Proficiency in TypeScript (advanced types, generics, utility types); * Experience with state management (React Query, Zustand, or similar); * Experience with Next.js 14+ (App Router, Server Actions, Server Components); * Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, as well as responsive design principles; * Experience developing and customizing WordPress (themes, hooks, Elementor); * Hands-on experience consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party services; * Understanding of web performance: you know why a page is slow and where to start fixing it; * Familiarity with Figma to work directly from designs; * Autonomy to take a well-defined task and deliver it end-to-end; * Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders: you explain the “why” without jargon. *Not required, but highly valued if you have:* * TypeScript; * Experience with Framer and its code components; * Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, or similar); * Experience with technical SEO and Google Search Console; * Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG); * Experience with Tailwind CSS or styled-components; * Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and collaborative tools; * Use of AI in the development workflow (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot). **Additional Information** * Equipment provision; * Paid time off; * Health benefits; * Dental benefits; * Accounting assistance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Birthday day off; * WellHub; * Baby Hero Leave: days to spend with your newborn after birth; * Wedding leave; * Daycare reimbursement; * Hero Virtual Office; * OnHappy Benefit: discounts on travel and accommodations; * Discount on EBAC courses; * Antecipa Hero; * Great workplace with leisure areas! #### **Nice to meet you — we’re Company Hero!** We exist to make PJ (individual entrepreneur) life simpler, safer, and more convenient.
