We are driven by challenges, guided by innovation, and committed to **delivering high-impact solutions**, every day. **About the opportunity:** We are looking for Senior Flutter Developers to work in software development teams, focusing on the construction, evolution, and maintenance of modern, scalable, and high-quality mobile applications, primarily using Flutter. The position requires solid experience in mobile development, advanced proficiency in Dart, knowledge of clean or modular architecture, API integration, local persistence, automated testing, and software engineering best practices. **You will be responsible for:** * Developing, evolving, and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. * Building performant, reusable, scalable interfaces with a good user experience. * Applying mobile development best practices, code patterns, and architecture. * Working with advanced Dart, including null safety, generics, async/await, and streams. * Using state management patterns such as BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod, MobX, or similar. * Working on medium and large-scale Flutter projects with clean or modular architecture. * Performing integrations with REST APIs, authentication, and external services. * Implementing local persistence using technologies such as Hive, SQLite, Isar, or similar. * Developing and maintaining automated tests in the Flutter ecosystem. * Supporting technical decisions related to architecture, performance, scalability, and application quality. * Using Git in collaborative workflows, such as GitFlow, trunk\-based development, or similar. * Interacting with native iOS and Android technologies when necessary. **What you need to have:** * Solid experience in mobile development, preferably with Flutter. * Advanced knowledge of Dart, including null safety, generics, async/await, and streams. * Proficiency in at least one state management pattern, such as BLoC/Cubit, Riverpod, MobX, or similar. * Experience with clean or modular architecture in medium or large-scale Flutter projects. * Experience with REST API integration. * Knowledge of authentication using OAuth2, JWT, or similar technologies. * Experience with local persistence, such as Hive, SQLite, Isar, or similar. * Experience with automated testing in the Flutter ecosystem. * Experience with Git in collaborative workflows, such as GitFlow, trunk\-based development, or similar. * Knowledge of native iOS and Android technologies. **It will be a plus if you have:** * Experience with high-scale mobile applications or a large volume of users. * Experience with publishing applications on the App Store and Google Play. * Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile applications. * Experience with Firebase, push notifications, crash analytics, or mobile analytics. * Familiarity with design systems and mobile componentization. * Experience with performance, monitoring, and optimization of Flutter applications.
