About the Role We’re looking for someone creative, proactive, up-to-date with trends, and capable of producing impactful social media content. We seek a candidate with strong communication skills, aesthetic sensibility, organizational ability, and strategic content vision—someone who can seamlessly blend creativity with execution and consistency. Your mission as a Content Creator: * Plan strategic content ideas for social media. * Create scripts, copy, and content focused on engagement, authority, and conversion. * Participate in developing creative strategies for clients and for iLimit. * Monitor trends, viral content, and content opportunities. * Organize posting calendars and schedules. * Produce content aligned with each brand’s positioning. * Collaborate closely with account managers, designers, and the performance team. * Support the creation of content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and other platforms. * Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery. Objectives: * Increase engagement and brand positioning for our clients. * Create content that drives retention, connection, and growth. * Strengthen the digital authority of our clients and iLimit. * Improve performance of organic and creative content. * Continuously contribute innovative ideas and creative strategies. Requirements: * Experience creating social media content. * Strong writing and communication skills. * Organizational skills and responsibility toward deadlines. * Knowledge of digital trends and social media platforms. * Ability to transform ideas into strategic content. * Creative, collaborative, and proactive mindset. * Ease working in teams and receiving feedback. * Familiarity with digital marketing and brand positioning. * Bonus: Experience with scripting, short-form videos, copywriting, or editing. Job Details: * PJ contract. * Fixed remuneration between R$ 1\.500,00 and R$ 3\.000,00 (depending on experience and technical level). * Performance-based bonuses and growth incentives. * Initial 3-month contract. * Fully remote work model.
