In addition to cloud infrastructure, networking, and security expertise, the professional will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining multiple Azure subscriptions and associated global applications. * This is a cloud infrastructure-focused role. As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will collaborate with data professionals, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build, maintain, and support scalable, efficient, and secure pipelines and solutions. * The role blends engineering and operations, requiring comfort with both project-based activities and incident response (tickets). * Key Responsibilities * Design, build, and maintain Azure infrastructure using Terraform modules (IaaS and PaaS resources), for both new projects and production environment enhancements. * Troubleshoot issues in IaaS and PaaS environments, responding to incidents via ServiceNow while ensuring SLA compliance. * Produce and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, playbooks, runbooks, and best practices. * Engage with business areas, providing guidance on application design and infrastructure usage. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with core Azure services, including: * Resource Manager * Virtual Machines / Scale Sets * Storage (Blob / Files) * Networking (VNets, NSGs, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, DNS, Private Link) * Experience administering Windows or Linux systems, with strong troubleshooting capabilities. * Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). * Experience with Terraform. * Ability to work autonomously, with initiative and strong organizational skills, meeting deadlines and collaborating effectively within teams. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
