**MARKETING ASSISTANT** Employment type: CLT – Permanent **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 2,000.00 per month, adjusted to BRL 2,500.00 after probation period * Meal allowance: BRL 25.00 per day (paid in cash) * Transportation allowance: BRL 11.00 per day (paid in cash) **Collaborative environment and growth opportunities.** **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Customer service experience; Experience or knowledge in digital marketing and copywriting; Organizational skills to handle multiple simultaneous tasks; Proactive mindset and problem-solving orientation **Responsibilities:** Provide daily customer service and relationship management for company clients, understand client needs, and propose solutions; Develop copy and other textual content for clients’ digital marketing campaigns (emails, social media, websites, advertisements, etc.); Align expectations and briefings with clients to achieve optimal project outcomes; Manage deadlines, tasks, and feedback received to ensure service quality; Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, planning, etc.); Collect data, input into dashboards, analyze campaign performance jointly with clients, and propose improvements **Working Hours:** * 44 hours per week – on-site * Monday to Thursday – 08:00 to 18:00; Friday – 08:00 to 17:00 Work location: Asa Norte How to apply: Send your resume to: vagas.cerebral@gmail.com Subject line: Marketing Assistant Compensation: BRL 2,000.00 – BRL 2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
