The candidate will work with multiple clients and assignments simultaneously, handling varied visual languages, market segments, and brand identities. Therefore, we seek someone with strong adaptability, organizational skills, and autonomy to manage daily tasks while maintaining delivery quality and effective team communication. Responsibilities: \- Develop concepts and visual assets for different clients and channels. \- Collaborate with creative, account management, and project teams. \- Adapt to diverse brand identities, segments, and brand languages. \- Manage personal time, priorities, and workload volume. \- Organize assignments and meet agreed deadlines. \- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team. \- Solve problems creatively and proactively. \- Exercise autonomy in decision-making and know when to seek guidance. \- Ensure consistency, attention to detail, and visual quality in deliverables. Requirements: Proficiency in major design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience creating assets for social media, digital campaigns, and other online formats. Up-to-date knowledge of formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for social media and digital platforms. Experience in creation, production, and finalization of printed materials. Up-to-date knowledge of AI-generated imagery. Organizational skills, responsibility, and commitment to deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in teams. Capacity to handle multiple clients, projects, and assignments simultaneously. Availability during business hours. Desirable: Knowledge of AI-generated video creation using Veo 3 or other tools. Experience in video editing. Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows. Basic knowledge of motion design.
