If you are creative, organized, detail-oriented, and seeking an opportunity to develop your career at a dynamic, collaborative, and continuously evolving agency, we want to meet you. *What We Expect From You* ✔ Bachelor’s degree or technical course in Advertising and Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related fields (mandatory); ✔ Reside in Santos, São Vicente, Cubatão, or Praia Grande (100% on-site position in São Vicente/SP); ✔ Intermediate proficiency in the Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator; ✔ Proactive, committed, organized profile with willingness to learn and grow professionally. *Your Main Responsibilities:* \- Create and adapt assets for social media, digital campaigns, and printed materials; \- Develop layouts for websites, systems, and applications; \- Support execution of online media campaigns; \- Assist the creative team with daily agency requests. *What We Offer:* CLT employment contract; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; SESC membership; Total Pass; Birthday day off; Profit Sharing Program (PLR); Collaborative, creative environment with real opportunities for professional development. *Compensation:* Starting salary of **R$ 1\.810,00**, with potential for growth and salary progression based on performance, commitment, and technical development.
